About Us
CABS was founded in 1989. In case you are wondering, CABS originally stood for Computer Aided Business System. We don’t do that anymore.We commenced engineering in 1994 and 2023 will be our 30th year. Mark Rennie founded CABS on the principles of Analysis, Understanding, Creativity & Results.
In December 2018, after 25 years of operation, a restructure of CABS was conducted to provide for ownership management and succession.
Mark Rennie has retired but continues to provide business advice, Andrew Patman is now the major equity holder and director. Nick Favazzo has become a minor equity holder and we have a structure for future ownership by other employees.
Day to day running of things has not really changed, we continue to provide the best service we can, with increased motivation from the senior staff.
